Tofu Tamago Don

It may look messy but was incredibly delicious. The dish was Tofu Tamago Don, or Tofu and egg rice bowl, which was a very similar to Oyako-Don (Japanese chicken and egg rice bowl) or Chicken Katsu-Don. Instead of chicken, Tofu was a star! Healthy and tasty.
