Stir-fried Rice with Shrimps

I have made stir-fried rice so many times but maybe haven't done with shrimps. That actually surprised me. It was J's request. I don't know what made him think about shrimps. Anyway, the result was very good! Unlike our old-day-shopping in the US, I can get fresh (not frozen) shrimps in the town easily. I should make shrimp dishes more often while we are here!
