Sardine Fritte & more @ Stuzzi
We had a weekend lunch at Stuzzi recently. According to our server's recommendation, we tried their new dish, Sardine Fritte - sardines stuffed with fresh bread, raisins, almonds and saffron and deep-fried in a Menabrea beer batter. They were pretty good but very hot! We had to be careful not to eat a big piece in one bite. We also had zucchini (or courgette) and spinach soup, which was new for us, too. The soup was tasty but quite salty. Generally Stuzzi's dishes are salty for me. I wish they use less salt or offer a less-salt option.
The fritte and soup made me so full but there was also a meatball sandwich to share! I couldn't finish my sandwich part...
We still like Stuzzi! Less salt, please!
