Homemade Beef Cheese Burger


Making burgers, or at least cooking burger patties (except homemade vegetarian patties) is a job for male. The belief of mine was broken in England. I shaped and pan-cooked patties. I aimed 160F internal temperature according to FDA's guidance. I did melt cheese on top, too. Toasted buns, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Done. The result was actually pretty good, I though.


Served with American classic potato salad, it was like a July 4th cook-out dinner. For sauce, A1 sauce was a winner!
