Linguine alla Norma

Our new pasta bowls have arrived recently! They are my first Denby potteries. I was looking for tablewares made in England and found the Denby Pottery Company. They have been handcrafting stonewares by using strong Derbyshire clay since 1809. Modus Speckle was my choice among their many collections because of the minimalist style and neutral color. Shopping potteries online is sometimes tricky, but when I saw my order in person, I was very happy with it. Pasta alla Norma (a classic Sicilian pasta dish with tomato sauce and eggplant) was the first dish served in the new pasta bowls. I chose Linguine. The dish was simple and tasty and the bowls worked very well. Welcome home, Denby's!
