Sea Bass Piccata


J wanted to have sea bass cooked in a different way from my usual simple pan-fry and serving on a lentil bed. He gave me an idea. What about cooking like chicken piccata? Crispy parmesan light crust and a sauce made with caper, parsley, white whine and lemon. It worked with sea bass along with angel hair pasta beautifully. Our new Denby pasta bowls were great for this dish, too!
