Pierogi

This was Pierogi - store-bought fresh Pierogi filled with potato and spinach for a quick weekday supper.

I liked the Pierogi. The potato filling was very smooth and the dough had a very good texture. Since the Pierogi were very simple, we garnished boiled Pierogi with parsley, dried tomato, freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, and extra virgin olive oil. The dish was very enjoyable.

Only 6 pieces of Pierogi per person looked small but actually was a right amount for us to be satisfied.
