Matcha-flavored Baci di Dama

These were Matcha-flavored Baci di Dama, "Lady's' kisses."

Since I enjoyed my first Baci di Dama, I tried again. But this time I added 2 tea spoons of Matcha (Japanese green tea powder) and sandwiched white chocolate. The combination of Japanese green tea and white chocolate never goes wrong. I also used powdered sugar to make the texture of cookies finer.

With those small changes, basically I followed the same recipe. I don't know why, but unlike the first time, the cookies, or "Lady's lips" were nicely pumped up!
