Self Pizza

This was a "make-your-own-pizza" dinner, which we call Self Pizza.

We prepared multiple toppings and dough, heated oven up to 500F, roll a couple of pieces of dough, decorated our own pizza by ourselves, baked them just 10 min, and then, ate while they were still hot.
Topping choices were homemade tomato sauce, homemade roasted red&orange peppers, grape tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, meatball, artichoke, fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, and fresh basil. I like a lot of cheese and basil on my pizza.
I like thin crust. Thinner is better for me, so I tried to roll dough as thin as possible. It wasn't paper-thin, but thin enough to become nicely crispy on my pizza stone. It was so easy and delicious. I wouldn't need store-pizza anymore unless we travel to Italy.
