Tofu Burger
I used Japanese Tofu Burger mix by House Foods. It's so easy to make and simply delicious! This was mushroom flavor. Root vegetables flavor is also available. I bought the mix at a Japanese grocery store in Rockville, MD. It was made in Japan and for Japanese market, so the package was written in Japanese.
Actually House Foods' US business sells Tofu Burger mix packs in the US. They are also made in Japan but the packages are written in English. I am not sure those are made with exactly the same ingredients of Tofu Burger mix sold in the Japanese market, though. Maybe there is some taste adjustment to the US customers.
