Pan-seared Swordfish
This was pan-seared swordfish fillet with pan-sauteed sugar snap peas.
Fish was seasoned with simply salt and pepper, steamed with sake quickly. A few drops of citrus favored soy sauce, or
Ponzu
, on the fish made the dish perfect. Simple and delish.
