Waffles

This was homemade waffles with my favorite maple syrup that Santa J gave me this Christmas.

Freshly baked waffles were crispy outside and fluffy inside. I like my waffle maker which always works perfectly. My recipe for waffle batter doesn't call for yeast, so it's easy and quick but has just one extra step: separate egg yolk and white, and mixed whipped egg white into the batter. Which is why my waffles are so fluffy.
