Lentil Soup

Hearty Lentil Soup again.

After big pork chops and a couple of dining-out nights, we simply enjoyed lentil soup. Depending on what vegetables were in the refrigerator, ingredients were slightly different. This time I added extra celery and used low-sodium chicken soup stock instead of beef stock that I used last time we had lentil soup in October.

 It was a comfort meal as usual.
