J's Country Omelette, updated
Beautiful golden outside and soft, slightly runny inside! More omelette, better omelette. This time he used a new 10 inch non-stick pan that I gave him as our anniversary gift. He wished our pan, which was 8 inch, were a little bigger, so I made his dream come true! He was happy with a new tool. I was happy with his creation. Win-win!
