S'more Mint Chocolate Ice Cream 2016

This was S'more mint chocolate ice cream 2016!

Our first S'more mint chocolate ice cream that we made last year was ridiculously good. We wouldn't be able to survive heat of this summer without making this ice cream. Luckily we were given a bunch of fresh mint along with swiss chard by our lovely friends. There were 71% French dark chocolate bars and graham crackers in the pantry. I just got a bag of mini marshmallows and all dairy products I needed. Let's recreate the legendary ice cream!
The recipe was basically the same as the last time. Perhaps I used more mint this time. The brand of chocolate I used this time was also different from last time.
Toasting marshmallows made the whole house smell sweet!
To make chocolate fudge, last time I reduced butter by half from the original recipe. This time I reduced butter by another half from the last time. Twice-reduced-butter-chocolate fudge was still nicely gooey and chocolate-y!
Two scoops, please.
