Eggplant with Japanese Men-Tsuyu & Chive

This was eggplant with Japanese Men-Tsuyu and fresh chive.

Men-Tsuyu is dipping sauce for chilled noodle like Zaru-soba, made from Japanese soup stock, soy sauce, and Mirin. I sauteed eggplant, poured Men-Tusyu over the cooked eggplant, and sprinkled chive. Done! It took less than 10 min. I served the eggplant with Mushroom rice. I could eat this kind of easy and very Japanese meal everyday. So does J?! I hope.
