Roasted Pepper Soup

This was roasted pepper soup.

I usually make roasted pepper soup with bell peppers that I roasted by myself. This time I tried to use roasted Florinas peppers from a jar that I got from J's mother during Christmas.

I wasn't sure if it was ok to replace usual red bell pepper with these Florinas peppers, but I did anyway. The soup was very strong! So we enjoyed the soup by dipping our homemade pita in the soup.
