Baked Falafel in Homemade Pita, again

This was baked Falafel in homemade Pita.

Baking pitas is one of my favorite baking. It's always fun to watch pita balloon in the oven.

My Falafel was baked not fried as usual. They were cute yummy balls.

Fill the pocket with a couple of warm Falafel, fresh tomato and homemade yogurt-cucumber-dill sauce and eat!
