Seitan BBQ Sandwich, again

This was Seitan BBQ Sandwich again!

The bread was my homemade long buns. Actually they were supposed to be hotdog buns. But they became much larger and longer than I hoped...

 Instead of hotdogs, the buns held Seitan BBQ and cabbage slaw nicely.
