Roasted Peewee Potatoes with Garlic & Thyme

These were roasted PeeWee potatoes with garlic and thyme.

These potatoes are buttery, creamy and so cute. There was a recipe on the package of the potatoes, which I adapted with just one change - reducing the number of garlic cloves to two from six that sounded a little too garlicky for me.
Because the potatoes are tiny, they are cooked quickly. I like such a simple tasty side dish. Glad to pay attention to what the package said!
