Black Bean Tacos

These were Black Bean Tacos.

Like the last time, I cooked canned Black Beans with onion and green bell peppers, seasoned with Penzey's Taco mix. Unlike the last time, I doubled black beans and green bell peppers, used fresh tomato and avocado instead of fresh tomato salsa, and wrapped tacos with soft corn tortillas. 
Comfy vegetarian meal!
