Teriyaki Ginger Chicken Balls on Rice

This was Teriyaki ginger chicken balls on rice.

Also, steamed broccoli as seen. The chicken balls were leftover from Nikomi Ramen. They were made with ground organic chicken breast. Lean and light! Teriyaki flavor would be nice with the chicken balls, but Teriyaki and fresh ginger would be better. Of course, I was right.
Oops, I added a little too much of corn starch, which thickened the sauce a little too much. Still the dish was delicious!
