Sourdough Whole Wheat Loaf
I still don't know why my sourdough whole wheat bread sometimes comes out from bread machine with a collapsed top. When it happens, the bread is dense. It tasted ok, but I would like this kind of bread to be fluffy. I need a solution (or a better recipe).
