Lemon Posset

This was lemon posset.

Posset is a great way to turn leftover whipping cream into a creamy and lemony dessert quickly. All you need is whipping cream, lemon juice and zest (or mix of lemon and lime juice and zest like my last posset) and sugar. Like the last time, I used Splenda, so my posset was granulated sugar free! I topped American Spoon's fruit perfect sour cherries on my posset. J didn't on his. Either way, the little cup was refreshing.
