Baked Tilapia in Foil
It was one of the best fish-in-foil! J's seasoning was great. The fish was very tasteful! The theme was Asian. Side dishes were sautéed baby bak choy and streamed rice with Japanese little mushroom garnish called Name-take. Both were tasty. We were happy.
