Brunch with a Cheese Tray & Spanish Goodies

This was a brunch with a cheese tray and Spanish goodies.

There were three kinds of cheese. I knew the middle one was Manchego, which I asked J to pick so that I could try with American Spoon's Quince preserves. I didn't know what kinds of cheese the others were. One was milky, gooey; the other slightly nutty, smooth, semi-hard. Both were lovely. I liked all!

We had Spanish canned small scallops and octopus that we tried and liked before, and Spanish dry-cured pork loin that was new for us. Canned seafoods in Galician sauce were tasty as we remembered. The pork was very good, too! Lean, not so salty, clean and very flavorful. Great choice, J! I served a big bowl of salad, too. Veggie anytime, right?
Happy yummy weekend, cheers!
