Eggs Benedict with "Special Eggs"

Making classic Eggs Benedict was brilliant to enjoy the "special eggs." J was very active in this project. He cooked Canadian bacons; set English muffins in the toaster; poached eggs, and chopped our garden chive. Meanwhile, I made hollandaise sauce and made a tea and a fruit bowl. I have already had a recipe for quick hollandaise sauce while I adapted one from Cook's Illustrated this time. J assembled the dish neatly. It looked lovely and tasted great!
Look, the yolk was perfectly runny! Bravo, J!
