My head distressed with unpredicted popover behavior was refreshed by opening a new jar of apricot preserves.
American Spoon's is still my best apricot jam! Absolutely delicious. Since I just opened the jar, I thought I should buy another to stock, but that won't happen in near future. According to American Spoon's website, currently the preserve has sold out and will come back in September 2018.
I don't think the little jar I just opened would last until September. Apricot jam crisis will arrive soon, very soon.
