Lamb Tagine with Appricot & Almond Couscous

This was Lamb Tagine with Apricot & Almond Couscou.

It was kinda similar to Moroccan Chicken with lemon and green olives that I made before while this had carrot and more soupy. I like easy one pot dish with hearty spices for a chilly winter evening.

I saw a recipe of Lamb Tagine cooked with orange zest and juice, instead of lemon, somewhere online. It sounded nice. Maybe next time.
