Okra & Green Bean Curry

This was Okra & Green Bean Curry.

Finally we finished using all of the leftover green beans from the belated Thanksgiving dinner and noodle dish by throwing into my usual Okra Masala, one of my favorite vegetables. J found a pack of beautiful fresh okra at Wegmans. I thought okra was summer vegetable but it seems available throughout the year in the US. Good news!

I made a small cup of fruit salad with mint and lime. It was cool and refreshing - just a right complement to the aromatic vegetable curry.
