Potato Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce & Swiss Cheese
Potato Gnocchi was a Wegmans brand, Vodka sauce was Rao's, our favorite, Swiss Cheese was... I wished I remembered the name. It was recommended by a cheese section staff at Wegmans -very nutty, creamy, super lovely cheese!
It was an incredibly easy dish, but amazingly delicious. We were happy!
