Italian Rum Cake from Wegmans

This was Italian Rum Cake from Wegmans - "Moist vanilla cake soaked with rum syrup, layered with chocolate and vanilla rum custard, frosted with whipped cream and garnished with almond nibs" according to the store's description. It was just like that.

I happened to find a video of how to make the cake at Wegmans on Youtube posted by the company. Now I knew this cake's journey to reach me.

 

It was a cute little whole cake, which was just a good size to share with J and enjoy twice. I like sweets with rum flavor, so this "rummy" cake was pleasant to me.
