Chilled Udon Noodle with Japanese mushroom sauce

This was chilled Udon-noodle with Japanese mushroom sauce, Kinoko Oroshi Tsuyu.

I found this noodle sauce at a Japanese grocery store in DC - five kinds of mushrooms (Kinoko) and grated Daikon radish (Oroshi) in Japanese soy-sauce based sauce (Tsuyu). Just directly pour the sauce from the package on our boiled and chilled Udon noodle. So easy! More importantly it tasted good. 
The sauce could be heated and served with hot noodle, but it was originally made for chilled noodle. I like chilled noodle during hot weather. Summer is coming. When I stop by the grocery store next time, I will buy more!
