Tiramisu- no eggs, again
This was Tiramisu without eggs, again!
I made it just like the last time, well, I thought so.
It was good but wasn't as good as what I remembered. I guess 1) coffee wasn't strong enough and 2) I whipped heavy cream more than soft peak, which made the cheese-cream mixture less smooth. Lessons learned always.
