Smoked Duck Sandwiched in Mantou

These were smoked duck sandwiched in Chinese steamed buns, or Mantou.

We had a little leftover of Easter smoked duck. Making a sandwich with it was our plan. I made fluffy Mantou for this special sandwich. And put some pieces of duck with sliced fresh green onion and homemade BBQ sauce or commercial Chinese plum sauce in the buns.
I liked the homemade Mantou for this kind of Asian savory sandwich. Of course, the star was our smoked duck!
