Coq au Vin, again

This was chicken stewed in red wine, Coq au Vin, again!

Like the last time, I followed a recipe from Cook's Illustrated. This time we enjoyed the stew with non-egg egg noodles instead of mashed potatoes. It was very tasty just as I remember. This is one of chicken dishes that I don't mind tasting chicken. There are no so many such dishes, so I am glad I have found this one.
