Homemade Pulled Pork Sandwich

These were homemade pulled pork sandwiches.

Yes, buns were homemade. Our favorite homemade burger buns were perfect to this occasion. I made half with sesame and half without sesame.
Coleslaw was homemade. I made two kinds of coleslaw: creamy coleslaw with mayo, apple cider vinegar, yellow powder mustard and spices, and vinegar coleslaw with red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey and spices.
Pork was home-smoked. We smoked pork shoulder along with trout. It took approximately 12 hours. The result was worth being patient. J knows how to pull pork. He was again patient with pulling a big block of pork after removing blacken surface and fat. Good job J!
And BBQ sauce was homemade. I adapted a recipe of "Big Daddys Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce" that I found online. It was based on vinegar and mustard, so I guess South Carolina style. Very tasty. We loved it!
What a fantastic sandwich! Every bite was enjoyable. How can it be possible to create better pulled pork sandwich than this?
