Chard & Cannellini Bean Stew with Poached Egg

This was chard & white bean stew with a poached egg.

I followed a recipe of Chard and White Bean Stew from a wonderful food blog, smitten kitchen. As the recipe suggested, I also added a poached egg and a few drops of sherry vinegar and some grated cheese. I didn't make a bed of toasted bread lightly rubbed with garlic. My fresh French Coupé bread was right here.

I used wonderful Swiss chard from our friend S&M's garden. The dish was superb!
