Tomato & Almond Pesto again

This was Tomato & Almond Pesto again.

We made our first Tomato & Almond Pesto last week and liked it very much. This day we had delicious tomatoes from our friend S &M and lovely Italian cheese whose name we don't know. It was a great chance to remake the pesto. This time, I adapted Lidia's recipe with changing some ingredient's amount. The recipe called for whole almond and a hint of red chile pepper. Instead of Linguini, I used penne, which was neatly dressed with the pesto. The dish was very summery. We will repeat again before the end of summer.
