Unzen-Kinoko's Mushroom Rice

This was mushroom rice made with mushroom rice mix from Japanese mushroom farm, Unzen-Kinoko. We have been enjoying their mushroom noodle packs. In our latest order for the noodle packs, I added their mushroom rice mix to try. It tasted great!
