Casatica di Bufalo

This was cheese called Casatica di Bufalo.

As the name says, it was a water-buffalo milk cheese from Italy.

Buffalo cheese other than mozzarella cheese was new for us. It was rich, creamy, sweet. We liked it! Good pick, J!
