Curry Crab Rundown

This was Curry Crab Rundown.

I have kept this recipe in Food & Wine June 2008 issue in my recipe binder. Finally it was the time to try! According to the recipe, "Rundown is a classic Caribbean recipe that involves cooking foods like crab, mackerel or lobster in coconut milk." It was totally new for me. I simply followed the recipe except adding Scotch bonnet or habanero chile. I used J's dried little red chile pepper instead. The recipe suggested grilled naan and hot sauce for serving while we served the rundown with rice. The result was very good!! This will be our new Crab dish choice.
