Spinach Quiche, again

This was spinach quiche, again!

I made the filling just like the last time, but the recipe for the crust was the same as one for Cauliflower and Caramelized Onion Tart.
It tasted good as usual but I felt a little dry. Did I squeeze spinach too much or didn't measure milk correctly or did cook too long? All of them could happen in my kitchen.
