Fettucine with Vongole Bianco

This was Fettucine with Clams in white wine sauce - Vongole Bianco.

Instead of fresh clams with shells, we used canned whole clams from Maine. They were in nice shape and easy to handle and eat! According to J's request, our pasta choice was Fettucine. We added a lot of garlic and fresh parsley and a little bit of J's red chili pepper. And white wine. That's all we needed. Simple is best!
