Spaghettini with Clam & Octopus
It was just like linguine with clam and octopus that we had recently. As J bought more canned octopus from Spain, we were able to recreate the pasta dish again with thin spaghetti, or spaghettini. Spaghettini can be my favorite pasta shape. When it is cooked al-dente, it is perfection itself in terms of the thickness, chewiness, and tangling with sauce in my opinion.
