Baked Atlantic Cod, Shrimps & Scallops in Foil

This was baked Atlantic cod, shrimps and scallops in foil.

Again, my favorite foil fish dinner! This time we chose beautiful Atlantic cod filets. With onion, lemon, soy sauce, Sake, black peppers, espelette peppers, and herbs, the cod were securely placed in the foil tent. Since J wasn't around the kitchen, I played the role of seasoning master, which means the dish won't be too spicy.
Roasted spring asparagus was a side. What do I want to buy now? Small rectangle plates for asparagus.
The foil tent magic worked again! The dish was very tasty. Such a less-oil, less-starchy, meat/cheese-free, light dish that made us feel good, especially after a big pasta bowl dinner with bolognese sauce and a mountain of cheese.
