Breakfast in Japan - Japan 2017

This was breakfast at my parents home in Japan.

Rice, Miso soup with various root vegetables, Natto (fermented soybeans), Hijiki seaweed, tiny freshwater fish and shrimps, apple from my uncle's farm, etc... I was consuming generous volume of foods at 7am during my stay in Japan, but I didn't feel stuffed. That's a magic of Japanese cuisine.
