Thanksgiving Dinner 2017

We had a great Thanksgiving with J's parents at their house in North Carolina, again!

This year we tried applewood smoked turkey from Nueske's, our favorite applewood smoked ham vendor in Wisconsin.
Nine-pound-Big Bird, it's your big day!
Sides were J's mother's delicious creations. J's favorite stuffing. Well, I should call it dressing in South.
J's favorite green bean casserole. This one was fixed based on Alton Brown's recipe.
And my favorite candied yam with roasted marshmallows!
Also, there was fresh cranberry, apple, orange, pineapple relish with toasted walnuts.
Cheers!
After the big meal, we took a walk to make a room for desserts. Of course, there was desserts! To be continued...
