My Mother's Wonton - Japan 2017

This was my mother's wonton soup.

It was delicious and there was something different from my own wonton. Hers tasted more gentle and delicate than mine. Maybe mine is more meaty than hers. Probably it's because I tend to stuff as much pork filling as possible in a wrap. Also, because I use too much sesame oil? Somehow anything my mother make tastes better.
