Bucatini with Rao's Roasted Eggplant Sauce
We welcomed Bucatini, "a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the center" in our pantry! The special shape and chewy texture made the quick and easy meal with a commercial jar pasta sauce amusing.
